Anyone not using SDB, which for VB records implies 27998, should be out of a job pronto.

Using VBS might be nice in theory, but given that it's not supported in ISPF makes it less than useful.

I think I read ISPF at 2.2 (or was it 2.3?) supports VBS.

The ISPF User's Guide Volume 1 for both z/OS 2.2 and 2.3 specifically state that ISPF does not support VBS.
