How to update one single file in the tape file

I have backuped thousands file to a tape file(e.g. test.tapeout) thru ADRDSSU. Now one of the file have changed,I want to backup this file again to the same tape file. Is it possible?

I don't want to backup all of files again because it is time comsuming.

What you probably want to ask us how you mark that single backup as not to be used.

You will not be able to write a new backup over an existing backup.
