can any one any explains what are the cases inorder to display error message

ISPP113 Unable to get save area - Additional storage needed is unavailable
for display processing.

This is at least the third time you've posted this message. Either use a larger region size when you sign onto TSO, stop trying to use that function, or figure out some other way to do what you want to do.
