How to remove the menu options from ISPF screen

How to remove the menu options from ISPF screen

Hi I was wandering if someone knows how to remove menu options like " Menu Utilities Products ProdCntl Options Status Help Tech " from the top of my ISPF screen. Please suggest thanks.

It is known as an Action Bar so you could try looking in the manuls for that. All I have ever done is turn off the 'Jump to Action Bar' option.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

I did this in ISPF panel when I typed HI DISABLED the action bar went off and in SDSF when I typed SET SCREEN and then option 2 their the action bar went off their too....
