When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

It would have helped if Dhana Kumar had given us some context. DA has several possible meanings, though the most common one is :<b>D</b>irect <b>A</b>ccess", but my memory came up with a complete blank on the second character string.

DA OTSU is the command used under SDSF to ...
DA ==> Display Active
OTSU ==> Only Time Sharing Users
