From joblog if i am trying to open the sysout i am getting an error 'list not available for old data ' pls help me to see the data in that old sysout......

Please clarify what "old sysout" means.

I suspect a tad more info is needed. Do you have CA-View (SAR) on your system, perhaps the output has been archieved to tape and you need to 'Load' the sysout back again ? d.sch asked for the message id which you have not put in your reply, so is there a error message id?

Have you spoken to your system support people who can probably help you out in a matter of minutes?
