Merging lines from 2 files using Sync Sort

I have 2 files. I want to merge 5 lines from one file to 20 lines of another file repeatedly. Can this be done using Sort?

Hello,

Possibly. . .

You need to post sample data from both files and what you want as output from the sample data. You need to post any data positions that need to be used in the process. Also, you need to post the lrecl and recfm of the files.
