Hi Guys,

One of my batch process is failing in Synsort while trying to sort an extract file. Please advice where the actual problem must be lying?

The process had failed with the following error:

I am not sure what kind of job you're running. But doesn't this seem to be the problem?

Suggest you compare this sort script with one that works and change this one accordingly.

If you are not familiar with unix names, they are case-sensitive. You need to look in the directory and ensure the file is spelled the exact same way.
