Hi Experts,

I have urgent topic to tackle.
We need to drop several DB2 Tables but need to avoid any remaining calls from program (online and batch). Therefore we need to analyze these call, whether direct or via modules or other programs. For now, I already know that there a static and dynamic calls and the approach of uncovering both are different, but that's finally it.

We also need to know which Transactions can access DB2 or IMS DB we are about to delete (DB2 drop, IMS DB emtpy).
If you can name good literature would be very welcome! I need to understand better how to "isolate" DB2 and IMS DB from the rest of the subsystem to avoid the access or the usage.

I am pretty much novice but very happy for any help.
