Hello,

When you post attachments, you limit the number of people who can help you. . . Many are not able to download attachments due to security reasons. Using copy/paste and the "Code" tag the results are properly aligned (like a 3270-screen).

While we have a few people with Hercules experience, more info is available here:
http://www.hercules-390.org/hercsupp.html
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

the Hercules emulator has been successfully installed and is running :D
You need to IPL an operating system, but You already know that!

Hercules provides the bare metal the rest is up to You

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

in a simple environment the only parameters needed are the -f for the config file and the redirection for the hercules log

still from the first screenshot hercules is up and ready to IPL the OS

access denied.... to what ?

we cannot correct anything because You did not tell anything useful
cheers
