When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

it is irrelevant where, how, when, You saw, heard, touched, smelled it!
CP2000 is a software INTERNAL/AUTHORIZED USE ONLY of which IBM holds the whole legal shebang

I would like to use the tool CP2000 for performance management. So is is possible to share the exe file or thru internet location.
is a clear expression of the intention of acquiring and using it without the proper legalese
and that in any idiom is called SOFTWARE PIRACY
whether or not Your warped mind likes it or not

it' s a pity that also the mainframe world is getting contaminated by the script kiddie mentality/approach
cheers
