I have been working on Connect Direct project. ow
where there are two remote nodes on external systems.
one node is configured with SSL
another node is Non SSL.
Remote node initiates the job of push and pull of files with our local node.
when we observed both the pnodes have same IP, same OS(OS/390) and different listening port (say 1364 for non ssl and 1365 for SSL)
external system pnodes are not configured in cluster environment.
I am wondering how two pnodes been created on same IP with different listening port ?
Need expert advice on this...

Because, as you point out, one is SSL and the other isn't. For a secure connection, one port will be used, for an ordinary connection, the other port will be used.
