TCPIP configuration

Hello!
Can anyone please suggest what would be the efficient way to verify the TCPIP stacks functionality?

What functionality are you wanting to verify? If your site is using TCP/IP for terminals, and you can sign onto the system, then that verifies some of the TCP/IP functionality. Similarly, if you can use FTP from your desktop to the mainframe, that verifies some of the TCP/IP functionality.
