And if you need refreshing about POP it is "Principles of OPerations" easily found just by putting that into Google.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

or why not some self-paced training, also for free, which you will find here: http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/z/educati ... l#BootCamp .
