RACF Console authority

Hello all,

I have some REXX programs which are issuing MVS commands through a Console. When I tried to run them on my test system, I got a little bit surprised that IBMUSER does not have console authority. Can someone help me with the process to modify the authority of a user and grant him a console authorization?

Sorry, we do not work at your location. You will have to speak to people who do - in particular, your RACF admins.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
