Cics security issue

Hi ,

this is a racf message while creating CICS region:

DFHXS1104 applid Default security could not be
established for userid dfltuser.

How to fix it?

The manual CICS RACF Security Guide talks about this in section 2.1.2.3 Defining the default CICS userid to RACF. Have you read this manual and issued the RACF commands as required by the manual?
