Search a string in different libraries

Hello,

My requirement is to search a string 'ABCXXXX'in different libraries/or PDS (like JCLLIB,
PROCLIB etc.)
And want to display this in spool or flat file in some format. For e.g.
SEARCH.PNG

Quick answer: you cannot with JCL alone. You can use SRCHFOR in batch and then write a program to convert the output to what you want. (You may be able to manipulate the output using your sort product but I am not sure on this.)
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
