Update non duplicate records in two files

How to update non duplicate records in two input files ?
e.g If both the files contain XYZ record, the requirement is only to update the non duplicates and not the duplicate records such as XYZ.
Is it possible through JCL ?

Hello,

Post some sample data from both input files and what you waht the output(s) to be when that input is processed.
