jobparm sysaff schenv

There is a jcl that I am trying to run. it has a jobparm sysaff.. is there a way to write an equivalent schenv statement ?

SCHENV=xxx is a JOB statement parameter. Of course you have to know the job scheduling environment in your shop ...
