Hello ramya and welcome to the forums,

When a job is submitted, it is all of the jcl "in line" or it invokes a PROCedure.

what r the diff types of procs in jcl?

Please clarify your question.

I think you are looking for the explaination on Instream procedure (PROC) and Cataloged Procudure.
