You would have seen that the word REVERT was never used anywhere so the question as stated should have never been asked
cheers enrico When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser, so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

If there was more to the question and tmjarin will post more of the interview dialog about what was being discussed when "revert" came up in the interview, we may be able to determine what the question pertains to. . . (i.e. what was the "real" question").
In these forums "revert" often means "reply" but i've not seen this in connectoin with jcl. . .

Probably Changeman, not JCL. Either the interviewer is ignorant, or he's come up with a question to puncture specious claims of knowledge in interviewees.
"You have sat too long for any good you have been doing lately ... Depart, I say; and let us have done with you. In the name of God, go!" -- what I say to a junior programmer at least once a day
ok for the language issues of the people being interviewed ( some deficiency might be tolerated ), but from the number of bad interview questions reported on these forums it looks like the language and communication skills of the interviewer are almost non existent
