What is happening is that there are people that do not necessarily speak the same "first/primary" language and the interview is conducted in English - which no one in the room knows very well.it looks like the language and communication skills of the interviewer are almost non existent
Later, when someone tries to ask here about some intgerview question, it is often just a jumble. . .
As much as many struggle with English here, they all do better than i could if i had to reply in their first language. . .
