Suppose there are 10 steps in a job. Out of which I want to execute the 10th, 9th and 8th in reverse order without using IEBEDIT.
How can i do that..???

It can't be done even with IEBEDIT. The only answer I can think of is that you'd have to create a new job with the steps in the order you want to execute them in.
