JES operator response for job waiting

hi all..

in spool area there are some jobs(for example 20 jobs) are waiting for d initiator process.
as an operator wat yo'l do..??

Depending upon site policy, the operator may:
    open more initiators,
    contact the technical support staff to look at the issue, or
    ignore it as a known condition due to site requirements
