Hi,

Can any one suggest me, the way to read the contents of a spool through a COBOL Pgm,

The requirement is we have to send a report of the production jobs like the completion time, MAXCC etc. at present we are doing it manually, am thinking of automating it, Plz do tell me if there's any way to read the above values from spool in a COBOL pgm

Suggest you talk with the people responsible for scheduling production jobs on your system.

Most likely there is scheduling software in use and there may already be reports of the info you want.
