Passing value between Parm Cards

Is there any way to pass the value from one parm card to another parm card?

I would like to pass the value from one parm card to another parm card's 'Where' clause in the utility IKJEFT01.

Is there any other utility through which I can achive the above requirement?

If these "parm cards" as you call them are actual datasets, then yes you certainly can.
