NEWBIE

Just like the title says. I'm new to JCL and COBOL coding aswell. I need to copy a changeman file from PROD to QA. Back in the past we us to use tapes, but they don't exist anymore in our shop. So we are using a volume called pshare to move datasets between systems. Can anyone help me?
