can anybody explain What are the different severity levels in Production/Support.

These are determined by your organizattion and are normally documented and distributed or made available online. These are not industry-wide standards.

To know the levels and their meanng for your system/organization, you will need to talk with your peers or your manager or possibly someone in the production support group.
