IMS DB2 SP generating threads.

IMS DB2 Stored Procedure is generating thread. It seems the AERTDLI PSB allocation call is returning address of some other active thread in AIBRESA3 parameter. What can be the reason for this to happen? I saw that the AIB was not initialized. Can this be the reason? The SP is reentrant as well.
