information in pcb if notfound

can anybody tell me where I can find informations about
segment level
segment name
key feedback area length
in PCB after an unsuccessful acess to a segment?

e.g. access to a segment level 3 (GU with 3 qualified SSAs), but no segment on level 2 with this key is in the database
