Download debug tool for CICS Explorer

Hey guys,

I need to reconfigure my system. Therefore I have do redownload also the IBM CICS Explorer. On my old system I had the plug-in for the IBM debug tool in there.
Now I have to see, that there isn't any more the possibility to install the plug-in. Does IBM changed their license model? Isn't the plug-in free anymore?

I've seen that IBM bundled the Debug Tool plug-in with their 'problem determination tools'. Is that right? Do I have to license the whole thing?
Is there another way to get the debug tool running with the CICS Explorer?

Why not ask IBM?
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
