how to handle exception MCH0601 in cobol os400 ?

Dear all master...
Appreciate your help for my problem..
I have encounter problem when my cobol programs call c++ program, and c++ return with MCH0601 because pointer not set correctly.

Q : how to handle auto recover if we receive MCH0601... is there any exception handling for this error msg ? like put *pssr in RPG for handling decimal data error MCH1202...

As this is a mainframe forum and not an AS400 forum you should not really be posting here. As a result it would be doubtful if anyone has the manual which describes your error or how to fix it. You should have this manual so it is up to you and your co-workers.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
