Please suggest me d cobol code for d following requirement....

I hav two sorted files FILE1,FILE2.
I want to move matched records to one file FILE3 and unmatched records to another file FILE4.

At the top of the COBOL part of the forum, there is a Sticky called "2-file match/merge sample code " that contains a working example that provides the match/merge code you need.

Download that sample and modify for your use.
