I found my some vsam files are automatically decatalouged i.e. not present in the system or I am not able to see my files when I am doing 3.4 in the terminal TN3270.
Is this happens to anyone else?
What are the possible ways can be because of that this can be happen?
Is there any such way I can track my files(by some logs or anything)?
Is there any possible way to restore my files?

The best people to answer this type of questions are the storage administrators at your site. Kindly speak to them to check if any of your datasets have been purged following retention policies at your site, and whether a backup was taken prior the purge. Usually sites keep a fixed 'number of days' tape backup - but again - this is a 'very site-specific' thing.
