what is the main difference between Batch program and CICS program ?

Depends - in some cases a program with CICS statements in it can be run in a batch program. In developing then the CICS program has to go through the CICS preprocessor before it can be compiled. But this question has been asked and answered before . You should search the forum and the internet before asking questions.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
