Hi,
A job is kept on one time hold.
Do the one hold gets removed automatically if the job abended and it has been restarted or force completed ???..

If the job is kept on Hold, then until and unless you remove the hold, the job would not run. And Until and Unless the job runs, it is not supposed to get Abended.
Once User Hold is removed, the job would run and if it abends, it would be in the Queue, you can see using LQ, Job=JobName.

If you keep one time hold in db.3.6 panel, the hold wll not get automatically removed from the panel until a successful completion of the job.
If the job abends and you restart or force complete the hold wll be removed automatically.
If the job is abended and you cancel the instance from ca7 then the hold is not removed , you should manually delete the hold.
