give me the complete details about the ice man tool

IBM's web site http://www.ibm.com allows you to search for dfsort and will tell you everything you want to know about ICEMAN (not ice man) which is a DFSORT tool.

There is no such thing as the "ice man" tool. PGM=ICEMAN invokes the sort product at your site which might be DFSORT, Syncsort or CA-Sort. Before anyone can tell you anything about the "sort product", you have to identify which sort product you want information about.
