Need Single Record from Multiple records having similar Key

I need to have single row form Multiple rows having same Key field. E.G.

1234 SPR
1234 IRA
1234 JRN
1234 IRA

I want it as 1234 SPR IRA JRN IRA USING icetool

Then look for similar requests in the forum.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
