While loading japenese character translation errror in table

Hi ,

while loading japenese data into my table in fields defined as Mixed byte, job gets sucessfully executed but when i view my table it is empty.PFA the Error and datalib Screen shot.

Please note that many members cannot or will not download potentially contaminated attachments, and that screenshots are grossly wasteful of storage and bandwidth; a copy-and-paste enclosed in Code tags is best.
