When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Cancel that load job and take the backup of old archive log into tape (or delete that if you don't need).

Make sure you have sufficient space for new archive log dataset.

Fire the following command to restart the OFFLOAD process.

ARCHIVE LOG CANCEL OFFLOAD.

Hi Kranthi

"Make sure you have sufficient space for new archive log dataset."

means

1. add volumes ,
2. delete the old archive logs
