why not talk to Your support!
also the procedures are described in the manuals
and usually these procedures are modified by support according to the site standards for dataset naming

but to lurk on its content search the db2 libraries specifically
<Your db2 high level qualifier>.PROCLIB
for cobol the name is DSNHICOB
