i m using below command to delete a db2 pacakge

FREE PACKAGE(collectionid.*) ;

I want to delete all the packages under the given collection id but i m getting -140 illegal symbol ( .

If i remove braces () then i get an error illegal symbol collectionid.

Can someone help on this.

Are you doing this free in spufi ?
FREE PACKAGE is a DSN COMMANd not an SQL
