Hi all DB2 Experts,

Till now, I have wrote many simple SQL queries, where I won't bother about the Performance (i.e. Queries are not much complex) so they were tuned without my knowledge.

Now, I like to learn the Performance Tuning Techniques, Please suggest a good / PDF / eBook along with Links / authors, so that I can kick start with that.

I will be eagerly waiting for your response.

The DB2 manuals would be a good place to start - especially any user guide.

As for books, the one by Craig Mullins is much recommended by others.

Links to DB2 manuals cn be found at the IBM manuals website - the URL is posted often enough in the forum in various sections. Caan you not google DB2 + 'craig mullins'??? In my search it was the second hit but if you are not searching from the UK then you may get different results.
