in case when programabend will cursor be closed if withhold

in case when a program abend will the cursor(ie opened) be closed if withhold option is specified in declare cursor.

Hello,
When a process ends (normally or an abend), cursors are closed.
When a process ends (normally or an abend), cursors are closed.
