i am facing -911 error .in such situation what shud i do,other than waiting and then restarting the job.what are the things I need to check in such situation .if table lock is held what shud I do.

If the table is locked, you need to wait. It was locked for some reason (hopefully). The timing of when things are done may need to be adjusted to deal with locking issues.

Between this locking problem and the multiple problems you posted concerning image copy, i suggest you get with your dba and spend some time going over the basics of how all of this ties together.
