Diffrence b/w two rows in a table

How can i calculate difference between two rows in a table ?
Please tell me the query....... :)

Explain what you mean with an example. How many rows are there? How do you decide which to process? What have you tried so far and why did it not suffice for your answer.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
