I was trying to use delay command in my program. Now, I cannot run my main program again. I get the following:
Res(002) Use(0000000068)
I tried to use CANCEL RELEASE PROG(NAME) which is not working.
What should I do?

With a RES count of 2, you have to issue the RELEASE PROGRAM twice to remove all copies from memory before the NEWCOPY will work.
