bhanu617 - you obviously did not read the forum rules...do not hijack a thread, start your own. And the answer is: read the CICS user guide. All IBM manuals are available on the IBM website and there are many references to this in the forum.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hello,

If you are permitted to view these on your system, you can learn how by asking your cics support people.

When you have a question you should start a new topic for your question rather than posting a reply to some other topic. . .

Hi Banu,

You refer to this link : http://examples.oreilly.com/cics/CDROM/ ... fha400.pdf. If you are well aware about PPT ,PCT then probably you will be able to understand.
