Hi everybody,

I want to learn the basics of cics system administration. Can anyone guide me on the same. Also i want to know about the certification examination for CICS System Programmer. pls guide me..... appologies if m wrong......

getting a certification without any experience is a useless waste of resources

the interviewers will anyway understand the level of Your skills
and if a certification attest just Your skill in replying to the quizzes rather than a real competence

Thanks for your reply. By the way in my early post " I want to learn the basics of cics system administration" i have asked for learning the basics and never to get a certification without knowing those stuffs..... can you pls guide me on that..... appologise if im wrong.
