Suggest you begin where Robert mentioned. . .

http://www.s390.ibm.com is the IBM web site. Find the CICS library on this web site (hint: the search box on the top right of the screen can help) and bookmark the location.

You might also consider buying something from http://www.murach.com - they have excellent books.

Probably better would be to enroll in a cics training class.
